Privacy Policy (Facebook Integrations)

This policy describes how Mabiaati handles data when you use our Facebook-integrated plugins (Pages Manager and Messenger Manager).

Data we access

• Page metadata (name, id) and permissions you explicitly grant
• Posts, comments, and messages required to provide the service
• Insights/metrics to generate analytics and reports

How we use data

• To publish content you schedule and to reply to messages you compose or approve
• To display conversations and comments in your dashboard
• To generate aggregated performance reports and improve our services

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share data with Facebook to perform actions you request via their APIs, and with infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting) strictly to operate the service.

Data retention and deletion

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with law. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@mabiaati.com or by submitting a request via the Facebook Data Deletion page. We will delete stored content and revoke tokens upon verification.

Security

We protect access tokens and webhooks with secure storage and access controls. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
