Facebook User Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your data obtained via Facebook (Pages Manager or Messenger Manager), follow these steps. This page fulfills Facebook's data deletion requirement.

Option A — In‑App Request (recommended)

1. Open the Mabiaati app and go to Settings → Privacy.
2. Click "Delete my Facebook data" and confirm.
3. We will revoke tokens and delete stored content associated with your account.

Option B — Email Request

Email support@mabiaati.com with subject "Facebook Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your Facebook Page ID(s) connected to Mabiaati
• The email/phone you use in Mabiaati

We will process your request within 7 days and notify you upon completion.

What gets deleted

• Stored access tokens and webhooks
• Cached messages, comments, and posts retrieved to provide the service
• Generated analytics linked to your pages
